Lana Del Rey Set to Marry Louisiana Alligator Tour Guide Jeremy Dufrene: Marriage License Obtained

Lana Del Rey is getting ready to tie the knot with her boyfriend, Jeremy Dufrene, an alligator tour guide from Louisiana. The couple recently got a marriage license at the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Courts office on September 23. However, they haven't returned the license yet, which is needed to make the marriage official.

Lana, known for her hit "Young and Beautiful," and Jeremy, an airboat captain for Arthur's Air Boat Tours, have known each other since 2019. Lana even shared a post back in March 2019, joking about how Jeremy let her be "captain" for the day. In May of this year, she referred to him as “my guy” in an Instagram post featuring her siblings, although Jeremy wasn't in the photo.

Their relationship has been spotted in public a few times. A TikTok video from August showed them holding hands at the Reading and Leeds music festival in England, and they were also photographed together this month after attending a wedding in New York City.

Jeremy’s career journey is interesting. He used to work at a chemical plant, but after some encouragement from his family, he got his captain's license and started giving airboat tours, a job he loves and has no plans to leave.

Lana has opened up about her relationships in the past. Last year, in a *Harper's Bazaar* interview, she mentioned a breakup that surprised her. She said her ex didn’t appreciate the simplicity of her home, which ended up being a deal-breaker for their relationship. Though she didn’t name the ex, she shared that it was a big reason for their split.
